Who We Are
TRiM Training and Consultancy LTD provides a bespoke service which will allow your organisation to successfully implement Trauma Risk Management (TRiM). We will ensure that you are able to support your employees following potentially difficult incidents or as a result of an accumulation of stresses in order for them to receive support as early as possible and receive professional, evidence based help.
We will provide high quality training and set up systems within your organisation to ensure you have a robust, peer led programme of screening and support. We have extensive experience in both training and implementation and have successfully implemented TRiM into one of the largest Ambulance Services in England, as well as working with a number other Emergency Services, Hospitals, plus a variety of Government Departments and private organisations.
