Either online or face to face 30 minute presentation
Bespoke organisational initial assessment
Discussion and analysis of operational systems with a view to create a practical working plan for TRiM, minimising pressures on service delivery and maximising availability of support.

This allows our team to support ongoing implementation and will cover a myriad of components such as:

Awareness briefings within organisation.

Assistance creating TRiM related policies and procedures.

Assistance creating a Memorandum of Understanding for TRiM assessors and coordinators

Initial TRiM management through implementation period (until local TRiM managers are trained and in place).

1 Day TRiM Managers course once systems are in place.
Full implementation plan to include:
Recruitment – including all materials and support required to ensure appropriate individuals are selected for the role of acessors and coordinators.
2 day TRiM practitioner training course – Delivered on a 1:10 ratio of instructor to student, including course booklets and materials containing all required documentation.
Communication strategy – Poster templates, leaflets, promotional video, identification material (badge/lanyard) for assessors and coordinators.
1 day TRiM coordinators/champions course – This will allow your in-house staff to present the TRiM programme to your organisation as you move forward with implementation in their role of TRiM Champion. The same staff will be able to act as coordinators to ensure assessments are managed in a timely manner.
Free first annual refresher online course. Ongoing subscription will be required to access annual refreshers.

Refresher Package:
Designed for organisations who have already implemented TRiM and simply require further assessors.
2 Day TRiM Training course – £495 + VAT per person.
